Staff can now add a comment or note for a student without awarding points. This gives staff a simple way to document student behavior and share feedback outside of Referrals, SEL/Status Checks, and Custom Interventions.

⚙️ Before You Begin

  • An admin must turn on comments without points before staff can use them. This setting is turned off by default.
  • Once it is turned on, any staff member can add comments without points from the Home page, the Groups page, the Students tab, and the PBIS Rewards Staff App.

🔧 Turn On Comments Without Points (Admins)

  1. Select Settings in the left-side menu.
  2. Select Options.
  3. In the Give Comments section, select Allow Comments, then check Allow Staff to give comments without awarding points.
  4. Click Save.
