Important Note: This feature requires the Hall Pass Plus add-on.

The Waitlist Report shows how the Hall Pass Waitlist is used across your school. Use it to spot waitlist trends, see which students wait most often, and review how long students spend on the waitlist.

⚙️ Before You Begin

  • The Waitlist Report is available in Reports for users who can access Hall Pass reports.
  • The report includes waitlist entries that were started, overridden, or canceled.

📈 Run the Waitlist Report

  1. Select Reports in the left-side menu.
  2. Select Tools.
  3. Select Waitlist Report.
  4. Choose your report filters, then click Generate.
  5. Select a total to drill down into more details.

Run the Waitlist Report

📋 What the Report Shows

The main report lists each student with the following columns:

  • Student and Grade
  • Total Waitlists: How many times the student was placed on the waitlist
  • Total Overrides: How many times the waitlist was overridden for the student
  • Total Cancellations: How many of the student’s waitlist entries were canceled
  • Average Duration: The average time the student spent on the waitlist
  • Total Time: The total time the student spent on the waitlist

🔍 Drill-Down Details

Select Total Waitlists, Total Overrides, or Total Cancellations for any student to see each individual entry, including:

  • Date
  • Time on Waitlist
  • Location
  • Status: Started, Overridden, or Canceled
  • Initiated, Overridden, or Canceled by: Whether a staff member or the student took the action

Tip: Click Export to CSV in the drill-down window to download the details.
