This release is focused on changing the web address (URL) for the staff and student portal. It also includes phase 2 rebranding for tables, enhancements, fixes, and UI cleanup.
Web Address (URL) Change: The new web address for the staff portal is pbisr.navigate360.com and the new student portal is pbisrstudent.navigate360.com. All old links will be redirected to the new URLs. If a school is whitelisting, they will need to include navigate360.com and if staff are using a password manager (i.e. 1Password, Keeper, LastPass, etc.) they may need to update the password.
Additional Enhancements:
- Item search added to the Items Purchased Report.
- Hall Pass indicator added to the Student App.
- Email notifications for Teacher Rewards have been changed to only send an email once when a staff member has been issued a spotlight and only once when a post has been added to the wall.
- Future Archived reports will now include a CSV that includes the house group assignments that can be easily uploaded to the group importer.
Noteworthy Fixes:
- Clarification text added to Student Dashboard permissions in Settings
- Dropdown options fixed (CICO Plan goals, group switcher dropdown, etc.)
- Family Link notifications
- Archived reports that did not exist in previous years are no longer visible
- Referral search box expanded so that long referral names are displayed correctly
- Teacher Rewards user sync updated to work properly
- Forgot password text has been added to failed login attempts message
- Translation on the Family app has been optimized to reduce pings to Google
- Admin with Teacher Rewards set to no-approvers can log activities for others
