December 2025 Release
This release is scheduled for October 8th and includes both Hall Pass Plus and PBIS Rewards enhancements.
Hall Pass Kiosk Availability with Student Portal
With Hall Pass Plus, the student portal can now be used to create a Hall Pass Kiosk. This will allow Chromebooks, laptops, or desktop computers with a webcam to be used as a Hall Pass Kiosk, where students can scan their ID Badge or QR code to sign in and out of a hall pass.
Push Notification When Major Referral Initiated
As part of the Behavior Referral System, when a major referral is initiated, the staff member can choose to have a notification sent to the referral admins. Previously, this notification was sent as an email, but as part of this release, it will also be sent to the Staff App as a push notification and school message. NOTE: Referral Admins will be able to disable this notification from the Notification button in the user page of the app and the My Settings option in the user dropdown on the staff portal.
Additional Updates and Enhancements
- Family Messages are updated in real-time on the Staff Web Portal when web notifications are enabled.
- An export of store items is available for the school store and teacher my stores.
- The edit store page will retain its place on the page when editing an item.
- The Offline Report Ready Email includes instructions on how to access the offline reports.
- Custom names for referrals will be displayed in the header of the CSVs in reports.
- The date pickers are now limited to the school academic year.
- A larger window will display all the students on a hall pass on the Staff App.
- The area to select a student in a group on the Staff App has been increased.
