The following is a list of updates for releases 4.0 through 4.6. (Aug. 2017 – July 2018)

  • The “Support” button in the upper right will auto log you into the support website.
  • Created a Message Center (in the top user bar) for teacher to receive messages from admin.
  • When importing staff, ID numbers will be generated automatically if staff members do not already have them.
  • Updated the look of the onboarding form.
  • Added a “N/A” grade for schools that do not use grades.
  • Redesigned the user menu to allow for more options.
  • Added a quick menu to help navigate the site from any page.
  • Added a magnifying glass over each search box in the system to designate it as a search box.
  • Adjusted several CSV exports to produce more relevant information.
  • Added ADA compatibility
  • Added the ability to start printing badges/labels from any position on the label paper.
  • Added international addresses to the system.
  • Added three options for giving points in the system. (Numbers, 1 point per expectation, Up to 3 points per expectation. Expectations are set on the onboarding form)
  • Re-arranged the main menu
  • Changed the sign-in process to use email address rather than staff ID.
  • Added a “Remember me on this device” check box
  • Now stores users in a drop-down list, so multiple users can more easily use the same device.
  • Added school search for the school field
  • Highlighting and hovering are now easier to see.
  • The lock icon now uses a password and no longer requires a PIN.
  • Moved the Display, Volume, and Sort buttons to an options menu button.
  • Updated the layout of the groups page (points to give are now on the left)
  • Moved the “Points Awarded by Staff – Details” report as a button on the “Points Awarded by Staff – Details” report.
  • Added help buttons to “Points Awarded by Staff – Summary” and “Points Awarded by Staff – Details” reports.
  • Points Awarded to Students report
  • Added a message center for staff admin to communicate with their staff.
  • “School Info” page is now the “School Settings” page. And the layout on the page was updated to reflect a more common settings screen layout.
  • Added ARS Customization to the “School Settings” screen
  • Added the ability to resend signup email from an individual staff member.
  • Added a group importer to create classes.
  • Added inventory quantities to store items
  • Stores now allow you to select multiple items at once.
  • Can adjust quantity and remove items from purchase review popup.
  • If an item’s quantity reaches 0, it will automatically show up as out of stock.
  • Added quantity to Teacher Rewards items
  • Added the ability to limit the number of students who can attend an event.
  • Changed “New Repeated Minor Referrals” to “Repeated Minor Referrals”
  • Added a badge for the Referrals menu card on the main menu to indicate number of partially submitted referrals.
  • Added the ability to print minor referrals
  • Fixed issue where Firefox wouldn’t keep a leading zero in number fields.
  • Fixed issue where store items could generate a number that was already being used.
  • Fixed issue where you could add a new teacher without entering an email address.
  • Fixed issue where invalid letters could be entered in the grade level field of student importer.
  • Fixed issue on the onboarding form where uploading photos causes information to be lost.
  • Removed ethnicity field when adding a new staff member.
  • Fixed issue where users could add a group without a staff owner.
  • Fixed typos on the Spanish parent letter.
  • Fixed issue where Referral export was not exporting in the correct time zone.
  • Fixed several minor bugs throughout the system.
  • Changed the login to be email and password.
  • Updated the scan page to show expectation types.
  • Updated the groups page to show expectation types.
  • Now listed in a table with 2 buttons for each event, one for event information/roster and the other to add a student.
  • Added a student search feature.
  • Added photos to the store.
  • Added the ability to purchase multiple quantities at a time.
  • Added the ability to select multiple items at a time.
  • Added student search to checkout
  • Added the ability to record minor referrals from the app.
  • Added location, redirections, motivations and description to the app for major and minor referrals.
  • Removed the referral page for school that do not use ARS.
  • Labeled the “Select All” button.
  • Added a student search box to the redeem screen.
  • Changed the log in process from zip code to enter the school name.
  • Added photos of store items.
  • For schools with expectations added a breakdown of points per expectation for year and grading period.
  • Added teacher stores to the app.
  • Added purchase history.
  • Added events for which a student is registered.
  • Updated the student portal to have the same options as the app.
  • Added messaging to the parent app (still working on this process)
  • Added a menu that shows the students teachers.
  • Added the ability to remove students.
  • Added a sign out button to reset the app.
  • Added a button to scroll to top on the student and staff pages.
  • Added the option to print badges with a student ID. Must be turned on from School Settings page.
  • Fixed the alignment issue on the student list page.
  • The enter key will no longer restart a search.
  • Response messages are no longer tied to the top of the page, they should
  • scroll with you.
  • Added the ability to adjust points based on expectation. Must be turned on
  • from the School Settings page.
  • The top navigation bar is now fixed when scrolling.
  • Removed “PIN” from the user screen.
  • Re-added group totals to the My Groups/Favorites section.
  • Added the ability to delete a photo.
  • Change the # to ‘Custom Amount’ on the group page.
  • Added School and Teacher Rewards to the Quick Menu.
  • Changed Goals and Interest to Earning Interest on the School Settings page.
  • Added a “Secure Upload” page to the School Settings. This will allow for
  • transferring of documents that may contain sensitive information in a more
  • secure manner than email.
  • Added an “Options” page to the School Settings page that contain: Store/Staff Override, Show Minor Referrals To, Adjust Point Override, and Printing Options.
  • Added the ability to reset the badge logo.
  • Moved the Message Center to the icon in the top bar.
  • When a photo file is uploaded you will receive an email.
  • ARS Settings now scroll with the page.
  • ARS “Repeated Minor Referrals” and “Other” are automatically added
  • and not visible.
  • When a referral is completed, the staff member who created it will now
  • receive a message.
  • Added “Start a referral” above the search box to indicate where to start.
  • Added option to allow staff to see only their minor referrals.
  • The notification badge for referral admins now adds both the Submitted to Office and the Partially Submitted.
  • Cleaned up the purchase screen.
  • On the checkout screen, each item can now be “Redeem Now” or “Redeem Later”
  • Changed the wording “On Hand” to “Quantity”
  • Added the ability to send a message when inventory is low for an item.
  • Removed “Details” from store categories.
  • Added the ability to search on the store edit page.
  • Can now create events based on expectations.
  • Added a report for students not registered for an event.
  • Added expectations to reports.
  • Messages to staff from admin are now created from the Message Center.
  • Messages to parents are now created in the Message Center.
  • Updated the look of the Message Center.
  • Added search for each folder in the Message Center
  • Fixed a bug where Pre-K Badges print doubles.
  • Fixed a bug when editing a group where students can be multiplied.
  • Fixed several small bugs.
  • Added Minor Referrals Report to new section

  • Fixed a bug where auto groups that are selected as a favorite loose their heart icon and cannot be unfavorited
  • Added a loading indicator to the Parent email page while the list is loading
  • Fixed grammar mistakes on Student Check-in to an event/ override
  • Fixed a bug on the Referrals dashboard where the “No point given” only shows up for schools with referrals
  • Fixed sort on store categories
  • On the Student Purchase Report, changed the “Item” column that was pulling
  • The item description to pull the item name.
  • Fixed a bug in the Daily Points Goal Report where untracked users were being reported as secondary users.
  • Added a checkbox to the parent letter list page that shows if a parent has installed the parent app.
  • Fixed a bug where the group name did not clear out when adding the next group.
  • Added the ability for admin to reset current balances for all students (On the School Settings page under options)
  • Added a new main menu item for raffles.
  • Added Edit Raffles page to create and edit raffles.
  • Added Register Students page to register students for a raffle.
  • Added Run Raffle page to run a raffle.
  • Added View Past Raffles to review raffles that have already run.
  • Fixed a login bug in the app.
  • Added the ability to enter a student to a raffle from the app.
  • Added Raffle information with a list of students entered into a raffle.
  • Fixed a bug that caused a purchase that was marked as redeem later to be recorded as redeem now on the app.
  • Fixed a bug in Advanced Referrals that caused the numbers to be off on custom referral types and added extra
  • “Other and Repeated Minor referrals”.
  • Fixed sorting on a couple reports.
  • Part one of report improvements (Reports by grading period and year should run faster).
  • Improved the sorting speed of reports.
  • Removed the extra column (undefined) on the Points Awarded by Staff – Details report.
  • Fixed an issue on the Student Purchases report where it would say “Please Select Group” when all groups were selected.
  • On Daily Points Goal report, widened the popup to allow for longer names.
  • Added new reports landing page.
  • Added Presence Tracking to groups. This removes a student from the “select all” button.
  • Added a back button in a teacher store to take you back to the main page.
  • Added which teacher gave points to the students for an individual day.
  • Moved the grade/gender to the second line on the winners’ display.
  • Fixed an issue where grade level options did not show after adding a new student.
  • Added the ability to limit the referral emails to a specific grade level admin.
  • Fixed a bug where the undo button was not showing up for a student when giving points from the search box
  • Fixed a bug that caused a message to parents to go missing from the teacher’s sent messages
  • Fixed a group sorting bug.
  • Fixed a bug were time zones were not being used for reports based on today.
  • Many large reports will now run “offline.” You won’t have to wait for your report to be created. We will email you when it is available!
  • We’ve added a link to the reports page where offline reports will be accessed. That is how you will view reports that were generated in the background.
  • These generated reports will be removed after one month.
  • You won’t be seeing the expectations report any longer if your school isn’t using expectations.
  • We’ve adjusted the spacing and added a line between the presence button and the give points buttons. Hopefully, you won’t accidentally mark students “Not Present” while awarding points.
  • Item names/descriptions should now wrap correctly and not break in the middle of a word.
  • You can now set student ID scan field or search as the default when checking out on the desktop portal. Wherever you start on the page, the browser should remember that location for the next time you open that browser.
  • When searching and selecting the teacher, the screen now goes directly to the store rather than having to click “Select Store.”
  • We’ve added the ability for staff members to purchase raffle tickets for individual students multiple times.
  • Referral admins can now set notifications and be emailed when a student receives a set number of minor referrals. This gives the opportunity for intervention before minor referrals become majors.
  • We have added the ability for a referral admin to undo a major referral that was generated by grouping minors.
  • Admin responses to the completed referrals are now available in the complete section of the referrals page.
  • Adjustments were made to the height of the problem behaviors box.
  • Student ID is now recorded on the referral form.
  • When registering a student for a raffle on the desktop fixed the spelling for the word “Available”.
  • “Check out” button on the store page now floats on top of store items.
  • An apostrophe in points name no longer breaks the groups’ page.
  • School names on badges created from the design tool have had their clarity increased.
  •  We’ve fixed an issue where messages deleted from the parent app no longer show in the teachers sent messages.
  • Added totals to the following reports: Awarded by Staff, Awarded by Students, Expectations -Staff and Student, Points by Student.
  • Average Points Per Scan now represented in whole numbers
  • Removed extra header on Referral Dashboard
  • Expanded Daily Snapshot to include by grading period and by year to date
  • Created Points Awarded to Staff for teacher rewards report
  • Fixed a sorting issue on reports
  • Fixed formatting issue with Daily Point Goals report
  • Added a warning on synced groups
  • Added a limit to the custom number field (999)
  • Changed the “Total Points” to show more point details
  • Fixed formatting issues on the groups page
  • Added the ability to add comments to points given
  • Adjusted the item name in the purchase window so that is doesn’t bleed into other sections
  • Added a screen to refund items
  • Created an “Out of Stock” category in the store for out of stock items
  • Added the ability to archive store items
  • Fixed word breaking issue on store items
  • When redeeming an item check to make sure the item is in stock
  • Added the ability to delete raffles
  • Increased max raffle winners to 10
  • Added checkboxes to select which minor referrals are rolled into a major
  • Added teacher comments to the minor referrals report
  • Added notification when minor referrals are rolled into a major
  • Added the ability to archive minor referrals
  • Moved the Referral notification question to the ARS Customization page
  • Increased the size of the loading indicator when uploading a photo
  • Changed the term “Check in” to “Register” throughout the system
  • Changed the “Support” button to “Help”
  • What’s new in PBIS Rewards button now goes to the support site page
  • Added rotate photo button
  • Moved all referral options to the ARS tab on settings page
  • Added a photo upload tool to import student and staff photos
  • Created a page to view points given today and edit comments
  • When deleting an event the system now asked should points be refunded
  • Fixed auto check ignoring limits on events
  • Can no longer change point value, student limit, or grade for an event once students are registered
  • Student App: Added the ability to see who gave points like the student portal
  • Staff App: Fixed the Enter Student in Raffle screen for smaller phones
  • Staff App: moved out of stock items in the store to separate category
  • Staff App: the help button now logs you into the support site
  • Parent App: Add the ability to see who gave points
  • Parent App: Added the ability to remove a parent from the parent app
  • Staff App: pressing the “Go” button on an Apple device from the login screen will now log you in
  • Removed “Automatic Check-in” from event export
  • Removed extra “Save” button on the ARS customization screen
  • Fixed a login bug where the school would not show up
  • Fixed sorting bug on the groups page
