Administrators can create cashier accounts that will have access to sell from their own store, the school store, or any staff member’s store. A staff member can create cashier accounts that have access to sell from their classroom store.
To create a cashier account, choose “Login Auth Codes” from the left side main menu. Next, select the plus sign next to “Cashier Login Authorization Codes.” Select the store that the cashier will have access to and then “generate.”
Cashier: This is a one-time use code and must be entered within the next 5 hours or it will no longer be valid. Once entered, this code allows a temporary user to sell or redeem items from a specific store via the PBIS Rewards Staff App or web portal.
