Can someone else help me with this form?
Yes! If another staff member will help you upload your staff and student files, feel free to forward the launch form to that staff member. This person could be your PBIS Chair, a district IT technician, or an office administrator. You can pickup right where you let off after they have uploaded the files.
I don’t have my files now; can I still fill this out?
Yes! Your student and staff files can be added at a later date. Just use the “upload later” option!
I don’t have my tax exemption form or I thought I already gave you my tax exemption form?
The tax exemption form is not required on the launch wizard. You can always send it at a later time to firstname.lastname@example.org
I am trying to make myself or someone else the primary contact, but we are not showing in the search bar?
Use the “add user” button and fill out your information.
I don’t know my expectations right now, can I still fill this out?
Expectations can be edited by an admin at any time, so you can leave them as the default through launch and go back and change them in the system under “Settings” and “Options” once you know what they will be.
Am I really ready to hit Launch? The system asked me if I was sure.
If all the steps on the launch wizard have been completed, and you have the option to click “Launch My School” you are ready! If you need to make changes in the system you can do this from “Settings” after the launch is complete.
How do my staff login?
PBIS Rewards allows you to send an email to your staff members explaining how to log in for the first time. To send staff login information, click on “Settings” from the left-side menu in PBIS Rewards and look for the send staff login icon.
What is the “Pre-Academic Year” status?
Your school will be in “Pre-Academic Year” status until the beginning of your academic year. This will allow you and your staff limited access to sign in and prepare for the upcoming school year. You will not be able to award points to your actual students or record referrals but you will be able to continue set up. Test students will be available for practice. Your schools will automatically switch to “All Access” when you reach the first day of your academic year.
