Referrals by Student

“Referrals by Student” Report:

Navigate to the “Reports” page, select the “Referrals Reports” tab and choose the “Referrals Awarded to Students” card.

  1. Use the radio buttons to select referrals issued today, the current grading period, year-to-date, or a custom date range.
  2. Decide to search for referrals issued to a specific student, favorited group, grade(s) or all students.
  3. The “High Frequency List” can be selected to see the top ten students with the most referrals.
  4. Choose the “Select Referral Type” from drop down box to see major  only, minor only or all referrals issued.
  5. Press the “Generate” button to view the report data the. Once the report has been generated it can be sorted by the arrows in the header columns of the table.
  6. Use the “PDF” or “CSV”  button to create a pdf or generate a spreadsheet to download.
  7. Student names, highlighted in blue, can be selected to see that student’s dashboard.
  8. The number of referrals, highlighted in blue, can be selected to see a list of those specific referrals.

Major Referrals

From the main menu choose “Reports” then press the  “Referral Reports” tab and select the “Referrals by Student” card. Search for a student or see all students. Select major referrals in the drop-down. Select a time frame from today, previous day current grading period, year-to-date, or custom date range. Once the report has been generated it can be sorted by student, staff, date/time, location, primary problem behavior, grade or admin action by using the small arrows to the right of each column header. Selecting the “Details button will allow you to open the referral to see any additional data.  Use the “PD” or “CSV” to print a pdf or download a spreadsheet.

Minor Referrals

On this same report,  you can view minor referrals. Search for a student or select all students then choose “Minor Referrals” in the “Select Referral Type” drop-down menu. Choose a time frame from today, previous day current grading period, year-to-date, or custom date range. Once the report has been generated it can be sorted by student, staff, date/time, location, primary problem behavior, grade or status by using the small arrows to the right of each column header. Selecting the “Details button will allow you to open the referral to see any additional data. Use the “PD” or “CSV” to print a pdf or download a spreadsheet.

All Referrals

Leave the “Select Referral Type” drop-down as “All Referrals” to see both major and minor referrals in the same report.
