If you have staff that didn’t receive the login email from the Launch Wizard, you will want to send that email from inside of PBIS Rewards.
- To send login information to your staff, choose “Settings” from the left-side “Main Menu.” On the left, choose “Send Staff Login.”
- You may send an email to the entire staff, or to selected staff members. The staff will be using their email address as their username.
- Select Send Now or use the dropdown to schedule the email to be sent on a future date that you will select.
- Use the Preview button to view the email that will be sent.
- Select Schedule or Send to save the change.
