Store Refunds

Navigate to the “Stores” tab from the main menu and then choose the appropriate store. Once you are in the store you will select the “Refund” button at the top of the screen.

Once you are on the refund  page you’ll be offered a list of purchases or you can search for the student that needs the refund.  When found select the “Refund” button.

Once you have selected “Refund” in the row of the purchase you would like to refund. A pop-up will ask you to confirm that points should be returned to the student account as well as give you the opportunity to determine whether the item should be returned to the inventory. Uncheck the box if the item should not be considered returned to stock.
