Student Dashboard– The student dashboard provides a quick snapshot of a student’s progress as well as the ability to expand the areas of Points, Interventions, or Referrals (if applicable) to see detailed information. This one-stop-shop for the student data can provide valuable information when planning how best to support student growth.
Drilldown Reports- Referral numbers, that are highlighted in reports, can now be selected to view that list of referrals. Student Names, that are highlighted, can be selected to see the complete list of referrals for that student on the Student Dashboard. This powerful tool that can help administrators pinpoint problem areas and identify the specific students that need additional support.
Parent Messaging from the Group Page- In addition to being able to message parents from the staff mobile app, teachers can now message parents directly from the group page by selecting the new message button on the group screen. This will open a new tab with the students already selected on the message screen.
Launch Wizard 2.0- Admins can complete the launch process without the assistance of the PBIS Support Team.

Points by Ethnicity Report- This new report shows the average number of points awarded to students based on ethnicity, in a given time frame. It will allow admin to see where points inconsistencies may occur and adjust support accordingly. It also has a trend line so that the average points per student for the entire school can be seen easily. This report can be filtered by: All Students, My/Favorited Group(s), Grade or Staff.
Points by Gender Report– Similar to Points by Ethnicity, this report shows the average number of points awarded to students based on gender, in a given time frame. It also has a trend line so that the average number of points awarded to the entire school can easily be seen. This report can be filtered by: All Students, My/Favorited Group(s), Grade or Staff.
Student Referral Summary Report (High Frequency List)- This new report is designed to help admin pinpoint the students that need the most support by showing the ten students with the highest number of referrals in a given time frame. It can be accessed from the Referrals by Student report under the Referral Reports tab of the Reports menu.
Staff Referral Summary Report (High Frequency List)- Similar to Student Referral Summary High Frequency List, this report highlights the ten staff members that have issued the highest number of referrals in a given time frame. It can be accessed by from the Referrals by Staff report under the Referral Reports tab of the Reports menu.
Additional filtering options in reports- Eighteen reports now have the option to filter by My/Favorited Group(s) or Grade(s). Hopefully this will allow schools to view the data in a way that best suits their needs.

Admins can adjust student dashboard permissions from the settings menu under the Options tab.
The percentage of possible points has been added to the CICO checkout form.
You can now view an individual staff member on the Points vs Referrals Report.
A date range option has been added to the Staff/Students Daily Points Goal Achieved Reports.
The percent that a student is meeting their CICO goal is now displayed on the Student Dashboard.
Points by Ethnicity Report has been added to the District Portal.
Points by Gender Report has been added to the District Portal.
