If your school is syncing with Clever or ClassLink, your staff groups/classes should be updated each night. However, your primary or secondary PBIS Reward Advocate is able to re-sync synced groups to update them in PBIS Rewards. Select “Groups” from the left-side main menu. To locate the button, find the header named “Active Synced Groups.” Select the button on the right to sync your groups to the most recent information available from Clever or ClassLink. The resync features can only be used once in a 24 hour period.

Students and Staff Sync

Primary and Secondary Advocates can update the students and staff using the button in the upper-right of the appropriate screen. Resync is available one time in a 24 hour period.
